How to: Draw a free-form line in Paint.
Solution:
Click the pencil tool and drag the mouse pointer.
NOTE: This solution assumes that Paint is opened.
1) Click the pencil tool in the tool box.

2) Click a color for the line in the color palette.
3) Click and drag the mouse pointer to draw the free-form line.
